1. Overview
ACTIV KODE operates on a prepaid balance model. You top up using cryptocurrency, then spend the balance on rentals. Refunds are processed back to your account balance, not directly to your crypto wallet.
2. Automatic Refunds (Most Common)
If you rent a virtual SMS number or email address and no verification code arrives within the activation window (typically 20 minutes), the activation automatically expires and the full price is credited back to your balance within 1-2 minutes.
You do not need to do anything — this is automatic.
3. Manual Cancellation
You can manually cancel an activation from your dashboard at any time before the SMS/email arrives:
- Open the activation page
- Click "Cancel"
- The price is refunded immediately to your balance
After a code has been received, the activation is considered fulfilled and cannot be refunded automatically.
4. Cases Where We DO Refund
- Activation expired without receiving any code (automatic)
- You cancelled before any code arrived (automatic)
- Technical error on our side prevented service delivery (manual review)
- Duplicate top-up due to system error (manual review)
- Top-up credited the wrong account due to our error (manual review)
5. Cases Where We DO NOT Refund
- You received a valid code but the third-party service rejected it (out of our control)
- You received a code but didn't use it in time
- You bought a number for a service that bans virtual numbers (always check support first)
- You changed your mind after a successful activation
- Top-ups that have already been credited and are sitting in your balance (use the balance instead)
- Account suspended or terminated due to Terms violations
6. Withdrawal of Remaining Balance
If you want to withdraw your remaining balance back to a crypto wallet (instead of using it for activations):
- Email contact@activkode.com from your registered email
- Subject: "Balance withdrawal"
- Specify the crypto wallet address (USDT TRC20, BTC, or ETH)
- We process within 7 business days
Withdrawal fees apply:
- Flat fee: $5 USD (covers our crypto network costs)
- Minimum withdrawal: $20 USD
- You are responsible for any crypto network fees beyond the flat fee
7. Disputes and Chargebacks
Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible by nature. If you believe a top-up was made in error, contact us within 7 days. We are not able to process chargebacks (since there is no card issuer involved).
Disputes about specific activations should be raised within 30 days of the activation date.

9. How to Request a Refund
For automatic refunds, do nothing — the system handles it.

- A brief description of the issue
